Who was Tabitha in the Bible? Her story is found in the book of Acts, at the time when persecution had caused the early church to scatter out from Jerusalem into the surrounding areas. The apostle Peter was travelling, about the countryside, visiting the scattered believers in the different towns and villages to encourage them in the faith. Faith Comes by Hearing
My son is visiting from Northern Ireland this week, which is a real blessing, as we don’t see enough of him. It is his birthday at the end of the month, so I have a gift ready for him. He will be pleased to receive a gift, but the only way for him to be really blessed, is for him to open it and to make good use of what we have given him.
