Welcome to the limitless horizon of God’s grace.
If you’ve come for help and encouragement in studying God’s word, then this is the place for you. My purpose is to share a love for Bible study, which brings inspiration for today and hope for tomorrow.
I believe that wherever you are in life now, there is always the possibility of a new season in the wide-open space of God’s grace. In God’s family, there is room and a place for us all to step out and shine – this is the time!
God desires more for each one of us – more knowledge of His word, experience of His presence, and closer fellowship with Him. Our relationship with God grows as we spend time in meaningful prayer, reading and reflecting on His word, and allowing Him to speak into our lives.
We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his doors to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand – out in the wide open spaces of God’s grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise.Romans 5:2 MSG
Every Friday I publish a blog post that will take at the most 5 minutes to read, it may be a Bible study, a devotional post, or a book recommendation. They are all written with the aim of strengthening your faith and the hope that you will be encouraged to delve deeper into God’s word.
If you decide to subscribe, you will receive a free printable of God’s promises, A-Z Scripture verses and declarations, to bring encouragement for those times when we need some ‘Light for the Shadows.’ You will then receive an email notification of each new post published, and a monthly newsletter.
These are some posts that are popular and people are enjoying reading:
And a little bit about me:
I live on the coast of Wales and love nothing more than walking on the beach and looking out to sea at the limitless horizon. If I have the company of a good friend and some sunshine, then that is an extra blessing, but I often walk on my own, even through stormy weather, because of course we are never truly alone!
I am a civil servant and work for the UK government, in data collection and statistics, at our local port. I have always been involved in my local church with Bible study, in one form or another. I have two adult sons, and could be described as an ’empty nester’ but the nest never seems to be empty!
I would love for you to connect with me on Facebook and Instagram, where I share blog updates, photos from my phone, favourite Scriptures, book recommendations, and much more – the follow buttons are in the sidebar.
Thanks for stopping by, and may God bless you today,
